These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Site IQ at siteiqseo.com (the "Tool"), operated by Novvo ("Novvo", "we", "us"). By using the Tool, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Tool.

1. What Site IQ is

Site IQ is a free informational website check. It estimates performance and local visibility signals using public pages and third-party data (including Google). It is not a guarantee of rankings, traffic, or business results.

2. Your responsibilities

You may only submit websites you are allowed to analyze. You agree not to abuse the Tool, including automated high-volume requests, attempts to disrupt the service, or unlawful use.

3. Third-party data

Results may include data from Google PageSpeed Insights, the Chrome UX Report, and Google Places. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party data accuracy or availability.

4. Intellectual property

The Tool's branding, layout, and original content belong to Novvo or its licensors. You may use results for your own legitimate business purposes.

5. Results and availability

Results are estimates. Some checks may be marked as not checked or temporarily unavailable. The Tool may change or be interrupted without notice.

6. No professional advice

Site IQ output is not legal, financial, SEO, or other professional advice.

7. Disclaimer

THE TOOL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOVVO AND ITS OWNERS, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE TOOL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE TOOL WILL NOT EXCEED $50.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Novvo harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Tool or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in New York County, New York, will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Contact handoff to Novvo

If you contact Novvo from Site IQ, Novvo's website terms and privacy policy apply to that contact.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new effective date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
