Site IQ is a website check tool operated by Novvo ("Novvo", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information Site IQ collects, how it is used, and who it is shared with. Novvo's main website has its own privacy policy at https://www.novvomarketing.com/privacy.

1. Who we are

Site IQ runs at siteiqseo.com and is hosted on Vercel. Contact details are at the end of this policy.

2. No accounts

Site IQ does not create user accounts and does not ask for your name or email to run a check.

3. Information we collect

3.2 What happens when you run a check

When you submit a check, we:

fetch public pages from the website URL you entered (for example the home page and common pages such as Contact or Hours);
send the URL to Google PageSpeed Insights and the Google Chrome UX Report API to measure performance signals;
if you enter a location, call Google Places for suggestions, place details, and local ranking signals;
show you results in the browser.

Google's use of data is covered by Google's Privacy Policy and the terms for those APIs.

3.3 Logs and storage

Our host (Vercel) may log the URL checked and whether the check succeeded. The typed address is not written to those logs. Results may be cached for about 24 hours to speed up repeat checks. Your browser may store your last result for a site on your device. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or other third-party tracking cookies on Site IQ.

3.4 Location field

A rank-related check can run with just a city. A fuller street address is optional.

3.5 Contact handoff to Novvo

If you choose a link to contact Novvo, the link may pass source, URL, a suggestion you clicked, and city or address. Novvo receives that information only if you submit Novvo's contact form. Novvo's privacy policy then applies.

4. How we use information

We use the information above to run the check you requested, improve Site IQ, prevent abuse, and (only if you contact Novvo) respond to your inquiry.

5. How we share information

We do not sell personal information.

6. Retention

Check logs and caches are kept only as long as needed to operate the tool (caches about 24 hours; host logs according to plan). Device storage stays until you clear it.

7. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the service. No online service is completely secure.

8. Children

Site IQ is not directed to children under 13.

9. Your rights

Because Site IQ has no accounts and does not ask for your name or email, we usually cannot link check data to you. You can still contact us with questions. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under California law, other U.S. state privacy laws, or GDPR. For EU, EEA, and UK visitors, Novvo is the controller, and we rely on legitimate interests in providing the tool you requested. Information is processed in the United States. More detail is in Novvo's privacy policy at https://www.novvomarketing.com/privacy. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

10. Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new effective date at the top.
